Which iPhones are supported?
TripleShot requires iOS 17.6 or later. Triple mode works on any iPhone with multi-cam support (iPhone XS and newer). Dual mode requires two rear cameras. Single mode works on all supported iPhones.
Where are my recordings saved?
All videos are saved directly to your Photos library. After recording, you'll see a notification confirming the save. Look in the Recents album in Photos.
Why do I get 2 or 3 separate video files?
That's by design. TripleShot records landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16), and optionally selfie videos simultaneously. Each is saved as a separate file so you can use them independently for different platforms.
Does the app use any data or require internet?
No. TripleShot has zero network access. No data is collected, transmitted, or stored anywhere outside your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no ads.
What format are the files?
You can choose MOV or MP4 in settings. Videos use HEVC encoding for high quality at smaller file sizes.
