All your notes are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server or cloud. Your journal is entirely private and under your control.
Go to Settings within the app and enable biometric authentication. Once enabled, the app will require Face ID or Touch ID every time you open it.
Yes. Premium users can export individual notes as PDF or text, or export all notes at once. Go to a note and tap the share icon, or use the Export option in Settings.
Tap the microphone icon in the editor to start recording. Your speech is transcribed in real time using speech recognition — nothing leaves your phone.
Yes. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app will remove all your notes. We recommend using the export feature to back up your notes before uninstalling. If you have iCloud Backup enabled for your iPhone, your app data may also be included in your device backup.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases.” This will restore any premium subscription linked to your Apple ID.
Voice recognition accuracy depends on your environment. Try speaking in a quiet space, holding your phone closer, and speaking at a natural pace. Make sure you've granted microphone and speech recognition permissions in your iPhone Settings.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find Papier Doré, and tap Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
